CIEH Level 3 Award In Supervising Food Safety

Your food hygiene supervisors are responsible for implementing, maintaining and monitoring good food hygiene procedures. Ensure they have the skills and knowledge required with this fantastic 3/4 day course.
The aim of the course is to give them the knowledge, understanding and practical expertise to implement, maintain and monitor good food hygiene procedures on a day to day basis.

Course Duration:

A minimum of 18 hours instruction over 3 days. The training course includes lectures enhanced by visual materials. Delegates are encouraged to actively participate in discussions and group activities. Some activities will require independent or group research and the presentation of material.

Assessment & Certification:

Course delegates are required to sit a 2 hour written examination on the last day of the course. Successful candidates receive a certificate from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).

Whilst your qualification will remain valid, we do recommend that refresher training is undertaken after 3 years.
